Returns and Refunds

  • All items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • We accept returns only if the item is faulty or if we made a mistake in processing your order. If you believe that your item is faulty or we made a mistake, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at thehappyplaceshop@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault (if applicable).
  • Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued within 3 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
